My Aunt gave me crickets and ants in a clear jolly rancher candy once. The packaging looked the same as yours -- I bet they were from the same company. I could never bring myself to try them, so they eventually melted. Then I had red goo mixed with crickets all over my bookshelf. Yuck.
I'm glad you're excited. I like trying new things. But my mom ate a grasshopper once, and after hearing the tale, I can't even stomach the possibility.
